TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. MUROnline and you
1.1 The terms and conditions of service is a legally binding agreement between you (the client and/or user of MUROnline) and Pharmangelist Limited (referred to as 'we', 'us', and 'our').
1.2 Pharmangelist Limited of Suite 2, 151 High Street, Southampton, United Kingdom SO14 2BT owns and provides all the 'Services' on MUROnline either directly or via trusted partners (henceforth referred to as Trusted Partners).
1.3 'Services' refers to a collection of products, software, services and websites provided on MUROnline.
1.4 Unless otherwise stated, this terms and conditions of service will exclude any services provided by Pharmangelist Limited under a separate written agreement.
1.5 The general terms and conditions of service (henceforth referred to as 'General Terms') refer to the minimum terms and conditions of service which applies to all users of our Services.
1.6 In addition to the general terms, the agreement with Pharmangelist Limited will also include legally binding specific terms (henceforth referred to as 'Specific Terms') which will apply to a Service.
1.7 Henceforth, the General Terms and Specific Terms will be referred to as 'Terms'.
1.8 A link to the Terms will be place on the bottom of our webpages.
General Terms
2. About the General Terms
2.1 We reserve the right to update and change the Terms without prior notice. Current Terms can be accessed by clicking on the Terms hypertext link on our homepage.
2.2 To use the Services you must first agree and accept the terms by: (a) clicking on the appropriate option when prompted OR (b) actually using the service. In both cases, you understand and agree that we will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards. You may not use the service if you do not accept the Terms.
2.3 We advise printing a copy of the Terms for your records.
2.4 You acknowledge and agree that Trusted Partners may provide Services to you on our behalf.
2.4.1 The Trusted Partners are legal entities and may require that you agree with additional terms and conditions of service. You may not use the service if you do not accept these terms and conditions.
2.4.2 You can accept the terms and conditions of the Trusted Partners by: (a) clicking on the appropriate option when prompted OR (b) actually using the service. In both cases, you understand and agree that we will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
2.5 We reserve the right to stop Services temporarily or permanently without prior notice. In all case we will outline why it has been necessary to do so. You may stop using the Services provided by us at anytime without any prior notice
2.6 You may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for a Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to us will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
2.7 You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the United Kingdom.
2.8 You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Pharmangelist Limited, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with us.
2.9 You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
2.10 You agree that you will not copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell or resell, or trade the services for any purpose, unless you have previously specifically arranged to do so in a separate agreement with us.
2.11 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that we have no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which we may suffer) of any such breach.
2.12 You agree that you will be solely responsible to us for all activities that occur under your name/account and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any passwords you use to access the services.
2.13 You agree to let us know immediately if any unauthorised use of your account or password occurs.
3 Third party Contents
3.1 Third party contents are contents which have not originated from us but may be accessible through the use of The Services. They may include audio files or other sounds including music, computer software, data files, photographs, written text and videos or other images.
3.2 Third party contents are the sole responsibility of the person/s from which such content originated. Such content may be protected by Intellectual Property Rights which are owned by the providers of such contents.
3.3 The Services are provided ‘as is’ and you use then at your own risk and in doing so you understand that you may find third party content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. You agree to let us know immediately if you encounter any such contents.
3.4 If you put any third party content on our site you must ensure that you have the rights to do so and understand that you are solely responsible for any contents you create, display or transmit. You are responsible for any losses or damages we suffer as a consequence of your actions.
3.5 We reserve the right to display, refuse or remove any third party contents on MUROnline.

5 Content licence from you
5.1 Any copyrights and other rights in your content will remain with you but you agree to grant us your permission (free of charge) to use such content in any way we wish.
5.2 You confirm and warrant to us that you have the necessary rights to grant us the above licence right.
6 Terminating this relationship
These terms will continue to apply until they are terminated. You can terminate the relationship in writing and send this to Pharmangelist Limited Suite 2, 151 High Street, Southampton, United Kingdom SO14 2BT stating a termination date. We may terminate our services to you if (a) we are required to do so by law, (b) any of our terms and conditions have been breached by yourself (or you have acted in a manner that shows you do not intend or are unable to comply to our terms and conditions), (c) any partners with whom we have offered the services to you has terminated its relationship with us or has terminated its relationship with you, (d) we are no longer providing the services in the country where you are resident or working from, (e) it is no longer commercially viable to provide such services either in general or specifically to you.
In terminating our relationship you agree than any content provided by yourself prior to the termination date remains covered under section 5 of these terms.
Privacy Statement
Because we recognize that a significant amount of our work will be intellectual property and highly confidential, we have developed the following privacy statements to make you feel confident about the security and privacy of your personal information:
a) We may collect information on visitors to our site for statistical analysis. The scope of the data collected may include, but not limited to, users' sources, navigational tools and navigational patterns.
