About the beta release
As part of the project implementation, we have released a beta version of the web application for the first 6 months (From February to end of August 2008). The following functionalities will be available for use throughout beta:
- Ability to register on site
- Ability to request to become an MUR Evangelist
- Ability to post articles onto the site.
- Ability to post comments to articles.
- Ability to use the Find a pharmacist feature of site free of charges throughout the BETA period.
- Ability to verify an MUR Evangelist by entering the EV code on http://www.murevangelist.co.uk
- Ability to use the Organised clinical pages to access information.
- Ability to join the MUROnline facebook group - exclusive to validated users of MUROnline
…and much much more..
The following functionalities will be added in the beta period:
- Any significant user suggestion and technical amendments
- MUR Software
- Extracts from Bedfordshire project’s companion book
- Addition of more relevant contents.
The site will also run competitions in the following areas with the opportunity to win prizes:
- Best functionality suggestion (which we subsequently adopt)
- Monthly feedback raffle
- Best Article of the month
- Best Comment of the month
- Questionnaire raffle
- Most Significant Evangelist Award (Awarded every 6 months)
